Aer Lingus to continue partnership with insurance provider

Aer Lingus today announced that it is to continue its partnership with Mondial Assistance Ireland to administer travel insurance for its European customers.

Aer Lingus today announced that it is to continue its partnership with Mondial Assistance Ireland to administer travel insurance for its European customers.

Now in its second year, the travel insurance administration contract is a pan-European deal to provide travel insurance and local language sites to European customers via www.aerlingus.com.

The Irish and UK travel insurance administration websites were launched in December last year and were followed by twelve more country sites, to include Aer Lingus markets in Spain, Germany, Italy, France and the Netherlands.

In a statement released today, the company says that travel insurance, which were reduced by up to 33% compared to previous prices, and the high cover levels are giving Aer Lingus passengers a comprehensive insurance product that has the support of Mondial’s worldwide network of insurance and emergency medical assistance platforms.
