Two people are due in court this morning in connection with the discovery of guns in West Dublin.

Two men were arrested on Sunday when gardaí seized two handguns and 30 rounds of ammunition.

The discovery was made when a car was intercepted during an operation in the Clonsilla area.

They are due before Blanchardstown District Court at 10.30am this morning.
