108 Ryanair flights cancelled due to Italian Air Traffic Control strike

An Italian Air Traffic Control strike is taking place today - the fifth such strike in the last three weeks.

Hundreds of flights that pass through Italian airspace have been cancelled as a result, including 108 Ryanair flights.

The airline has called on the Italian Government and the EU Commission to take action to prevent further disruption.

Ryanair is encouraging customers to sign an online petition which it intends to present to the EU Commission.
