Irish teen actress lining up film roles
Having enchanted audiences and critics with her performance in the Keira Knightley film 'Atonement', 14-year-old Carlow-born Saoirse Ronan is about to pile up more plaudits with several new films.
She heads Stateside next month to join Susan Sarandon and Rachel Weisz for 'The Lovely Bones' while awaiting the release of 'I Could Never Be Your Woman' in which she plays Michelle Pfeiffer’s daughter.
And she’s currently filming alongside Bill Murray in the Tom Hanks-produced 'City of Embers' in Belfast.
