The ISEQ slipped 7.21 points to 7190.98 this morning.
Elan was the biggest faller, losing 36c (3.1%) to stand at €11.15 at 10.30am.
Ryanair was up 10c (1.4%) at €7.30. The airline this morning welcomed proposals by the EU Commission to make air fares more transparent.
CRH was down 30c (1.2%) at €24.50.
Anglo Irish Bank was the morning’s busiest share, and fell 13c (1.2%) to €10.87. Allied Irish Bank was up 19c (1.1%) at €17.54.
Irish Life and Permanent gained 10c to €17.15, while Bank of Ireland was up 7c at €13.30 on the morning it published its latest UK Economic Review.
Insurance group FBD was up 35c at €37.80.
C&C fell 5c to €7.40.
