Bohemians 1 UCD 1

UCD missed a host of chances against Bohs as they had to settle for a point at Dalymount.

Injury-hit Bohs started brightly and were in front on 20 minutes when John Paul Kelly drilled home from 20 yards.

But College hit back from a penalty six minutes later. Tony McDonnell was bundled over by Stephen Rice and Robbie Martin scored emphatically from the spot.

Mick O’Donnell and Patrick McWalter missed good chances while Matt Gregg saved from McDonnell as Bohs held on for much of the second half.

Bohs man of the match Kelly was then sent off in injury time for kicking out at UCD substitute Brian Gannon.
