Fashion chain French Connection today said it had won its battle to keep using its controversial FCUK logo on watches and jewellery.

Fashion chain French Connection today said it had won its battle to keep using its controversial FCUK logo on watches and jewellery.

The firm said the UK Trade Mark Registry had ruled in its favour after a retired businessman complained that the acronym was offensive.

Dennis Woodman challenged the use of the FCUK brand on watches and jewellery, saying it was contrary to “generally accepted principles of morality” but French Connection today claimed victory in the case.
