World leaders, wrapping up the G8 summit in America, have promised to keep Greece in the eurozone.
They have also committed to find a solution to calm world markets and to "take all necessary steps" to try to combat the deepening economic turmoil in Europe.
The eight leaders of the world's major economies also agreed that if Greece were to leave the euro currency, it would cause havoc on the global economy.
However, speaking after the summit, German Chancellor Angela Merkel warned that if Greece wants to stay in the eurozone, it still needs to fulfil the terms and conditions of its bailout deal.
"With regards to Greece we held fast and all those who took part in the discussions today, the eight member states, want Greece to remain part of the eurozone, provided that the obligations that the Greeks undertook, under the memorandum, will be met," she said.
