Tributes pour in for late mother of Pippa and Cian O'Connor

Tributes have poured in on Twitter for the mother of model Pippa O’Connor and Olympic show jumper Cian, who died suddenly over the weekend.

Louise Mullen was found dead after suffering a heart attack at her home near Naas in Co Kildare, early on Saturday.

Pippa posted on this photo on Instagram Sunday evening with the caption “We are utterly numb & devastated to have suddenly lost our beloved Mum. She adored us & we adored her.”

Tributes, thoughts and condolences have been pouring in for Louise on Twitter since the news:

The Andrea Roche agency model and blogger Pippa, who has often spoken of how close she was to her mum, is being comforted by her TV presenter husband Brian Ormond.

Her brother Cian was in the UK at the prestigious Horse of the Year Show with his wife Ruth Maybin when he got the news, and immediately flew home to be with his family.

The devastating death of her mum comes after a year of highs for Pippa.

Just last week she celebrated the first year of her website, pippa.ie.

The couple also celebrated son Ollie’s first birthday back in August and celebrated Pippa’s 30th birthday with a special bash.

Rest in Peace Louise
