Newcastle striker Mark Viduka will miss tomorrow’s home clash with Portsmouth as he continues his recovery from a calf problem.
The 32-year-old Australia international has not played for the Magpies since limping off at half-time in the 3-1 Barclays Premier League defefat at Manchester City on September 29.
Defender Abdoulaye Faye is fit after being taken ill during the 2-1 defeat at Reading last weekend, but Stephen Carr (hamstring) and Damien Duff (ankle) are still out.
