The Dublin County Board say they will make every effort to keept Kevin Fennelly in charge, despite Dublin crashing out of the championship on Sunday.
The one-point defeat by Laois left the Dubs open to criticism, but the county board says Fennelly has been a revelation since taking over.
Fennelly's position was to be renewed at the end of this championship summer, but the board are confident he will remain on for at least another year.
