Green Party membership up 21%

The Green Party is meeting in Dublin today to update their members on what they have been doing in government since the election.

The Green Party is meeting in Dublin today to update their members on what they have been doing in government since the election.

Up to 400 of the party faithful will hear reports from ministers Eamon Ryan and Trevor Sargent on their progress.

Leader of the Greens John Gormley says that membership is up by 21%.

He says its a sign of the positive attitude towards the party.
