Ben Kweller collaborates with Evan Dando
Ben Kweller has written a song with Evan Dando called It's Up To You.
Kweller, who played the Carling Stage at Reading and Leeds Festivals, says the song could be a future single.
The former Lemonheads frontman became a fan after receiving a demo of Kweller's songs.
Kweller told Ananova: "My collaboration with Evan Dando is like a We Are The World for US kids.
"It's not anti-US but it is a 'f*** you' to George Bush.
"We kind of trade verses on the song and we think it could be a future single."
Kweller's new single Wasted And Ready is released on September 2.
One of the B-sides, I Don't Know Why, is available to hear in Windows and Real Media.
