Skipper Gareth Southgate and striker Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink have shaken off hamstring injuries and keeper Mark Schwarzer will play with a protective mask over his fractured cheekbone provided that UEFA give their approval.
Only long-term absentees Gaizka Mendieta (foot) and Emanuel Pogatetz (facial fractures) were missing from the squad as they jetted out from Teesside this morning.
