Dublin's new Lord Mayor, Cllr Michael Conaghan has declared he will attend an anti-war protest against President Bush on Friday at Parnell Square.

Dublin's new Lord Mayor, Cllr Michael Conaghan has declared he will attend an anti-war protest against President Bush on Friday at Parnell Square.

Speaking on Dublin's Newstalk106 radio station, Cllr Conaghan spoke of his support of the anti-war movement and his intention to attend the protest.

“I’m very, very supportive of the anti-war movement, I have been since its inception. I certainly intend to go."
