Fifteen Iraqis have surrendered to American forces on the Iraqi-Kuwaiti border today, a US Army officer said.

Captain Darren Theriault of the headquarters company of the 1st Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division said the Iraqis had been turned over to Kuwaiti custody.
