Brian Kerr has refused to comment on his future as Ireland manager after he was pressed on the issue by reporters in Cyrpus today.
There has been much speculation that the manager's contract will not be renewed if Ireland fail to win their final two World Cup qualifiers against Cyprus and Switzerland.
They need to beat the Cypriots tomorrow and the Swiss next week to be in with a chance of reaching the play-offs for the World Cup finals.
Speaking at a press conference in Limassol today, Kerr said he paid no attention to media speculation and was focused on the task at hand.
"I was asked one question when I made the squad announcement and I gave an honest answer and I don't wish to talk about it anymore," he said.
"We're concentrating on winning the two games."
