The Parades Commission has imposed severe restrictions on an Orange Order march due to take place in Co Antrim village of Dunloy on Easter Sunday.
The local Orange Order branch had applied for permission to march from its hall to the Presbyterian church in the mainly nationalist village.
The Orangemen had refused to discuss the route of the parade with local residents and the Parades Commission decided yesterday that the march could go no further than the front gates of the Orange hall, a distance of about 30 yards.
The Orange Order said the ruling was derisory and a serious attack on Protestant rights.
