It has emerged that some Thai chicken is still making its way onto Irish shelves.

It has emerged that some Thai chicken is still making its way onto Irish shelves.

The chicken is being sold despite a Europe-wide ban on poultry imports from Thailand and some other Asian countries over fears of bird flu.

The ban has now been extended for six months, however it does not include cooked chicken that has been heated to over 70 degrees.
