Liza Minnelli and David Gest's bitter divorce battle is over, with lawyers for the pair insisting they have come to an "amicable resolution".
Current legal disputes between the former couple have been dropped, with Gest's lawyer Susan Moss claiming the two will divorce "within the next few weeks" in Memphis, Tennessee.
Minnelli's lawyer, Dorothy Weber, confirms "an amicable resolution to all outstanding matters" has been achieved.
The couple married in a lavish star-studded ceremony in 2002 - but separated in 2003, and filed for divorce a year later.
Gest later sued Minnelli for $10m (€7.7m) - claiming she beat him up during alcoholic rages, while the Cabaret star counter sued, accusing Gest of stealing at least $2m (€1.5m) she earned while performing in shows he had produced.
Gest's lawyer in the assault lawsuit, Lorraine Adele, confirmed the legal battle was now over.
