Allen and Farrow 'unite after daughter's death'

Former lovers Woody Allen and Mia Farrow have put aside a lengthy feud to mourn the death of the actress's adopted daughter Lark, according to reports.

The former couple split in the early 1990s when Farrow discovered Allen was sleeping with Lark's sister Soon-Yi Previn, the actress star adopted both girls with her ex-husband, Andre Previn.

Farrow and Allen, who married Soon-Yi in 1997, had not spoken since, until Lark's tragic Christmas Day death from a mystery, longterm illness.

The National Enquirer claims Allen reached out with a phone call to share his grief.

A source tells the tabloid: "Woody called Mia as soon as he got the news that Lark had died. It's been nearly two decades since the two exchanged words, but Lark's death was a way for Woody to try and put the pain from the past behind them.

"Woody was in tears when he reached Mia. All he could say was, 'I'm so sorry, this is just so terribly sad.'"

The insider claims Farrow also spoke with Soon-Yi and is now considering repairing her relationship with the pair: "She had vowed never to forgive Woody or Soon-Yi, but losing Lark rocked Mia's world. (She) is now ready to put the past behind (her)."
