Rolex has won a lawsuit ordering a Chinese company to stop using its name in an internet address.
A Beijing court ordered the National Internet Information Company to de-register the domain name rolex.com.cn.
The Beijing-based firm must also pay about £800 in damages.
According to the Xinhua News Agency, the court ruled that the company had violated the "basic principles of honest credibility" by registering the Swiss company's name.
China is currently strengthening its system of commercial law, particularly as it affects foreign firms, after winning World Trade Organisation approval for membership.
