Kelsey Grammer has put his house up for rent for $30,000 a month.
The former 'Frasier' star paid $6.5 million for the Spanish-style estate earlier this year but is now looking to lease out the five-bedroom, six-bathroom property, which was built in 1926 and designed by esteemed architect Ralph C. Flewelling.
The listing for the property posted on mlsfinder.com reads: "Originally designed in 1926 by renowned architect Ralph C. Flewelling F.A.I.A., this thoroughly updated, Spanish Colonial gem is located in the coveted West Beverly Hills Flats. A dramatic two-storey entry blends a perfectly proportioned galleria and step-down living room.
"The enchanting pool and gardens are the focal point of both lower and upper gallerias that boast wood-burning (gas) fireplaces and arched windows.
"There are six bedrooms, including a separate guest house, all with stunning en suite baths. The residence is perfect for large-scale or intimate entertaining."
Among the amenities the property boasts are a media room, a butler's pantry for food preparation and maid's accommodation, as well as a three-car garage to protect your vehicles.
The entry continues: "Main-level includes a formal dining room, guest bath, play/media room, intimate den, butler's pantry with refrigerated wine storage, a large utility room with bath (possible maid's room). The home also features a detached 3-car garage, plus gated motor court.
"The home is completely private yet is a short walk from all the bars and restaurants of Beverly Hills."
Kelsey's ex-wife Camille recently made a legal bid to stop the actor moving into their former Beverly Hills home with his spouse Kayte and their four-month-old daughter Faith.
Kelsey and Camille - who have two children together - have a huge mortgage on the house and were trying to sell it and halve the profit.
The decision to rent out the home comes after the former couple reached a financial agreement this week to split their assets almost two years after Kelsey, 57, and Camille, 44, divorced.
