Obama outlines plans for $4trn in US Budget cuts
In attempt to break the political deadlock over this year's Budget, US President Barack Obama has spelled out how he intends to cut America's huge deficit.
The President wants to slash $4trn over 12 years.
He outlined plans for spending cuts, along with tax increases for the rich.
He also attacked Republican proposals saying they would harm the poor and elderly.
