Kerry will field an unchanged side for Sunday's NFL Division One final tussle with Galway (Gaelic Grounds, throw-in 5.30pm).
Manager Jack O'Connor, whose men finished second in Division 1A and beat Laois last weekend, has decided to keep the faith with the starting XV that accounted for Laois by 1-15 to 0-10 in the semi-final.
That means experienced campaigner Seamus Moynihan is retained in the half-back line, while An Ghaeltacht clubman Marc Ó Sé continues to deputise for the injured Michael McCarthy (broken hand) at full-back.
Up front, Bryan Sheehan and Ronan O'Connor are preferred on the left flanks to the tried-and-trusted pairing of Eoin Brosnan and Mike Frank Russell, who are benched.
Kerry, on the look-out for their 18th League title and second in three seasons, will once again look to their ginger magician, Colm 'Gooch' Cooper, to lead them to glory.
The Dr. Crokes forward has started six of Kerry's eight League games this season, accumulating a personal tally of 2-28 (9f).
Interestingly, Galway have not beaten Kerry in a major knock-out contest since 1981 when they won a League semi-final tie by 0-10 to 0-08. Since then Kerry have beaten the Tribesmen in the 1984 League final, the 1984 All-Ireland semi-final, the 2000 All-Ireland final replay, the 2002 All-Ireland quarter-final and the 2004 League final.
The sides drew the 2000 All-Ireland decider before the Kingdom won the replay by 0-17 to 1-10.
