Big Brother six kicked off tonight promising more twisted evil tricks on unsuspecting housemates.

Big Brother six kicked off tonight promising more twisted evil tricks on unsuspecting housemates.

The lucky 13 were entering the spy camera house in Elstree, Herts to endure life under the spotlight for an extended 11-week show on Channel 4.

Host Davina McCall, dressed in stylish black outfit, was greeting the housemates live as they entered one by one to explore their new home which has just 11 beds – including two doubles – and an outdoor bathroom.

First up was political analyst Derek Laud, 40, who described himself as black and gay.

He said: “I’m charismatic, I’m different and I would want to win.”

His first reaction on entering the house was to exclaim: “Very posh, very swish, lovely.”

Lesley, 19, a single sales coordinator and dance student from Huddersfield, strutted into the house second, dressed in a saucy nurse's outfit.

Describing herself on tape, she said: “I know I’m gorgeous. I wear the right clothes, I’m a poser.”

She added that her mother did not know she smoked.

In true Big Brother style, marketing student Sam, 23, from Cheam, Surrey, exclaimed: ``Oh my God,'' on entering the house.

She described herself as always being the centre of attention “even when I don’t want to be”.

She said she was “addicted to men and sex”.

Maxwell, 24, a maintenance engineer, lives with his father in north London.

Describing himself, he said: “I like having a laugh, messing about, being a naughty boy really.”

On entering the house, he said: “This is off the hook.”

Vanessa, a business studies student, from Croydon, Surrey, describes herself as a ``gossiper, bitch, loud and shallow''.

The 19-year-old, who also confesses to being “two-faced”, greeted Lesley, telling her: “I love your outfit, you look wicked!”

Anthony, a 70s dancer, who lives with mother, looked smart in a black suit as he entered the house.

In what is possibly a first, the crowd booed the 23-year-old before he went into the house, as he posed too long for the cameras.

On entering the house, he said: “Whoo. Let’s get it on. Dudes!”

Craig is a 20-year-old single hairdresser from Norfolk - with ``attitude''.

The tough-talking, swearing stylist, says he delights in “destroying other people’s lives and seeing other people unhappy”.
