Device in West Belfast declared a hoax

The PSNI have confirmed that a device found earlier in West Belfast is a hoax.

The PSNI have confirmed that a device found earlier in West Belfast is a hoax.

Army technical officers were tasked to the scene at a business premises on the Falls Road at around 10.45am his morning.

A number of houses in the Falls Road and Conway Street areas were evacuated.

The area has now been declared safe.
