Drivers will be hit with a rise in toll fares on two of the country's busiest stretches of road from Sunday.

Motorists on the M3 Clonee to Kells and the M4 Kilcock to Kinnegad motorways are facing a toll hike of 10c.

Toll charges for trucks will increase on all motorways.

Hauliers claim the increase will add to the cost of transporting goods, which will impact on consumers.
