Castro charged with kidnap and rape
Former school bus driver Ariel Castro has been charged with four counts of kidnap and three of rape over the missing women inquiry in Ohio.
Two of them - Amanda Berry and Gina deJesus - who disappeared for the best part of a decade, have now returned home to scenes of wild celebration.
Cleveland prosecutor Victor Perez said that the suspect's two brothers who have been arrested will not face any charges in connection with the investigation.
"There is no evidence that these two individuals had any involvement in the commission of the crimes committed against Michelle, Gina, Amanda and the minor child," he said.
