Hollywood star Kevin Spacey has laughed off reports he has given British Prime Minister Tony Blair public speaking advice, insisting it's his political rival David Cameron who needs help.
The Superman Returns actor has gained a greater understanding of UK politics since moving to London to become the Artistic Director of the Old Vic theatre two years ago and believes Conservative Party leader Cameron needs to improve his speeches.
When asked by BBC radio host Sue MacGregor on Radio 4 show Start the Week yesterday if he had helped Blair to "script the pauses" at his Labour Party conference earlier this year, Spacey was stunned.
Spacey said: "Why on earth would I offer my help to Tony Blair when David Cameron obviously needs it more."
