The Government has again come under fierce attack in the Dáil over the manner in which it is introducing Garda reform.
Only 12 of the 284 amendments to the Garda Bill have been discussed by TDs so far, but a vote on the proposed legislation is due to be taken this evening.
Speaking in the Dáil this morning, Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny said the Government was treating the House and the Irish people with contempt.
