Fine Gael and Labour are joining forces to demand a recalling of the Dail to discuss the Sinnott case.

Fine Gael and Labour are joining forces to demand a recalling of the Dail to discuss the Sinnott case.

They are asking Independent TDs and Government back-benchers to support their call.

The Taoiseach has already ruled out calling TDs back from their summer break to discuss the controversial case.

But Fine Gael's Frances Fitzgerald says it's up to the Dail to make it clear what the rights of the disabled are.
