Mystery surrounds a possible Valentine's Day wedding of Baby Spice Emma Bunton and her boyfriend Jade Jones .
The star was spotted dressed in white and wearing a diamond ring as she left a hotel in north London.
The Sun newspaper says her mother, Pauline, was holding a Just Married helium balloon.
A spokeswoman for the Spice Girls refused to confirm or deny the marriage.
Emma, 25, who has a house in Hampstead, north London, started dating Jade, 22, in 1998.
She then split with the pop star from Damage but the couple rekindled their love and had mentioned that they would like to marry.
