NI to be first with 100% broadband access
Northern Ireland is set to become the first region in Europe with 100% broadband Internet access.
High speed Internet services will be delivered to every home and business in the North by 2005.
It is hoped this will ensure the North is an attractive area for existing company expansion and new inward investment.
