ISEQ performing strongly
The ISEQ index of Irish shares is performing strongly so far today, up 32.56 points on opening to 7906.4.
Building materials group CRH led the charge, up 42c to €26.22. In the same sector, Grafton stayed level at €10.30.
It was a mixed pictured across the financials. AIB fell 11c to €20.08, while Bank of Ireland saw a 16c drop. Anglo Irish Bank bucked the negative trend in the sector, rising 9c to €12.89. Irish Life and Permanent continued that positive move, up 10c to €19.40.
