Gardaí in Dublin have seized ecstasy tablets with an estimated street value of €500,000 at a house in the Crumlin area of the capital this afternoon.

Gardaí in Dublin have seized ecstasy tablets with an estimated street value of €500,000 at a house in the Crumlin area of the capital this afternoon.

A man in his early 20s was arrested following the search of a house on Sundrive Road.

He is being held under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act at Crumlin Garda station and can be detained for up to seven days without charge.
