Rihanna is bringing her ‘Styled To Rock’ TV show to the US.

The production - which sees designers battle it out to create a stage outfit for the singing star – was axed after one series on Sky Living in the UK but the ‘Diamonds’ singer will now partner with the Style Network to resurrect it in the US.

She said in a statement: "Fashion has always played an integral part in my life and career.

"I am so excited to partner with Style Network and share my creative insight with these 12 designers and give them this opportunity to showcase their work."

The UK show was hosted by Henry Holland and Nicola Roberts but the celebrity line-up has yet to be announced for the new show.

Rihanna herself only appeared in three episodes before it was dropped after failing to draw in enough viewers and production crew also blamed the hectic schedule of the pop stars who took part for causing problems.

A source said: "Scheduling all these pop stars with our filming schedule was a nightmare.

"Rihanna's diary was manic, and to be honest, after it struggled for viewers it was always going to be difficult to get her to agree to do another series."
