Kerry shares plunged 90c on today's ISEQ to €19.75 despite their announcement of a 8.3% hike in sales to €2.1bn, with profits up 6.2% to €160m.
Building materials group CRH slumped 16c to €22.12 after reporting a profits hike of 20% to €445m.
Eircom, who announced details of the rights issue which will fund its €420m takeover of mobile operator Meteor this moring, recorded no change remaining at €1.78.
Irish Life and Permanent rose 19c, or 1.2%, to €14.81, Anglo Irish Bank rose 5c to €11.10 and Bank of Ireland rose 1c to €12.88.
AIB however, fell 7c to €17.45.
