Mark Quigley was St Patrick's match winner for the second week running as John McDonnell’s side made it five straight wins to stay three points clear at the top of the table.

St Pat's played well within themselves to troop off a goal up at the interval.

Having soaked up Galway’s early pressure, Saints struck on the break for the lead goal on 29 minutes.

Gary O’Neill got free to cross and Quigley, who scored a hat-trick against bray last week, side footed home from closed range for his sixth goal of the season.
