Clonsilla murder victim named

Gardai have released the name of the murder victim who was killed in west Dublin this morning.

Gardai have released the name of the murder victim who was killed in west Dublin this morning.

The man was 24-year-old Stephen O’Hara from Lohunda Downs in Clonsilla, died after he was shot in the throat in the early hours of the morning.

He was found slumped in a doorway in Clonsilla and was immediately rushed to hospital but he was pronounced dead on arrival.

A full murder investigation has now been launched but as yet no one has been arrested in relation to the shooting.
