A man in his late thirties has been arrested in connection with the murder of a man in Dublin.
The remains of the victim were discoverd in a drain in a field close to Bellgree Avenue in Tyrellstown yesterday following four days of searches in the area.
Gardaí say the man, who was aged in his late twenties, suffered a violent death.
His body was at the scene for up to a week.
The State Pathologist Dr Marie Cassidy is currently carrying out a post mortem examination on the body at Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown.
