The Conduit Group achieved a net profit of €3.4m for the half year compared to a net loss of €6.4m in the same period last year.
EBITDA of €6.6m of for the half year compared to an EBITDA loss of €5m in the six months to 30 September 2001.
EBITDA for quarter 2 also showed an improvement, it was €3.9m compared to an EBITDA of €2.7m in Q1.
Call volumes for the half year rose by 30% to 49.5 million compared to 38.0 million in the previous year.
Revenues were up 33% to €31.9m compared to €23.9m in the same period last year.
Gross margin more than doubled from 24% for the first six months last year compared to 49% for half year ended 30th September 2002.
Commenting on the results Liam Young, CEO said: "Our call volumes and revenues continue to grow on both our contract and outsource business, improving by more than 33% on the same period last year.
"This growth, coupled with stringent cost management across the Group, allowed us to make significant improvements to our margins and bottom line profitability during the period.
