The Sinn Féin leader Gerry Adams is in Washington amid the growing support for the family of Robert Mc Cartney.

The Sinn Féin leader Gerry Adams is in Washington amid the growing support for the family of Robert Mc Cartney.

Gerry Adams stressed his continued support for their campaign but said other issues have to be addressed separately, under the Good Friday agreement.

He says the issues of the murder of Robert McCartney should not be confused with the other more complex issues that have to be dealt with as part of moving the peace process forward.
