The Flood Tribunal has revealed that 13 matters will be investigated during its coming phase, including rezoning decisions relating to 20 parcels of land in Carrickmines, Co Dublin.
The investigation will cover planning decisions made as far back as 1980, with Gerard Kilcoyne, Brian O'Halloran and Austin Darragh due to be called as witnesses.
The role of political lobbyist Frank Dunlop in certain planning decisions will also be explored.
Meanwhile, the tribunal also heard today that its recently published second interim report, which accused former Fianna Fail TD Ray Burke of corruption, sold 24,000 copies.
