British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw is to visit Northern Ireland today.

British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw is to visit Northern Ireland today.

Mr Straw will meet first minister David Trimble and deputy first minister Mark Durkan to discuss plans for a written constitution for the European Union.

Mr Straw is travelling to Northern Ireland from Edinburgh.
