Driver to launch cancer charity campaign
Actress and singer Minnie Driver will launch this year’s Fashion Targets Breast Cancer in Dublin today.
The red carpet will be rolled for the Academy award nominee as she arrives at the exclusive Brown Thomas store on Grafton Street.
Driver, who last month revealed she is pregnant, will launch the tote bag, designed by Diane von Furstenberg to raise funds for Action Breast Cancer and Europa Donna Ireland.
The bright yellow bag is being tipped to be one of the must-have fashion items of the summer.
Now in its fourth year the Fashion Targets Breast Cancer campaign puts Driver in good company as it previously enlisted models Elle Macpherson, Helena Christensen and Erin O’Connor for its annual launches.
Driver, 38, is best known for her roles in hit movies 'Circle of Friends' and 'Good Will Hunting'.
