The RUC has launched a full-scale investigation to determine how an injured man found unconscious in his flat in Belfast ended up in a coma.

The RUC has launched a full-scale investigation to determine how an injured man found unconscious in his flat in Belfast ended up in a coma.

The man was found comatose on Saturday night at his home in Carlisle Parade.

Detectives are anxious to discover how he sustained his injuries.
