Everton have four major doubts for their tough trip to Arsenal and will give fitness tests to Richard Gough, Dave Unsworth, Duncan Ferguson and Steve Watson.

Watson and Ferguson have groin strains, Gough is struggling with a calf problem and Unsworth is nursing an Achilles strain.

Everton will have youngsters Peter Clarke and Tony Hibbert both defenders in their squad, and certainly one of the teenagers could face the Gunners as Everton search for the one more win they believe will deliver them Premiership survival.
