Planning permission has been granted for almost 250 homes in Killarney, Co Kerry.
The proposed development will see 249 housing units built at Cronin's Wood.
The development is part of the Housing For All scheme.
Cronin's Wood is the biggest large-scale residential development plan announced by Kerry County Council since the scheme began in 2021.
