A man has died following a workplace accident in Rathdrum, Co. Wicklow, on Wednesday afternoon.
The incident happened at approximately 3.30 pm.
A man was fatally injured and died at the scene. His body has since been removed to St. Columcille's Hospital, Loughlinstown, where a post mortem will take place in due course.
Gardaí have said the Health and Safety Authority have been notified and investigations are ongoing.
